Orders & Cancellations
1. How do I check the status of my order?
As soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse (typically within 1 business day), you will receive an email and an SMS with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.
2. Can I change or modify my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is submitted, it is processed very quickly to ensure fast delivery. Because of this, we are unable to modify orders after they have been placed. Please double-check your items and shipping address before completing your purchase.
3. How do I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. To do so, please email us immediately at info@zaavio.com with your order number and "Cancellation Request" in the subject line. After 1 hour, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the order may already be in the processing stage. If you are unable to cancel in time, you are welcome to return the item once you receive it by following our Return Policy.

We use premium air shipping for most orders. You can expect your order to be delivered within 1-4 business days to most locations in India.

3. How does the delivery process work?
We partner with India's leading courier services like Delhivery, Blue Dart, and Xpressbees. Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India.
Returns & Refunds
1. What is your return policy?
We have a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 60 days of receiving your item. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
2. How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, please email us at info@zaavio.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We have provided you with a free, prepaid return shipping label in the package.
3. I received a damaged or incorrect item. What should I do?
We are so sorry for the inconvenience! Please email us at info@zaavio.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo or video of the damaged or incorrect item. We will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund immediately.
