Return Instructions

- Shipping: We will arrange free reverse pickup from your address using our courier partners. Return shipping costs are covered by us.
Refund Policy
Refund Approval: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status within 2-3 business days.
Processing Time & Method:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds are automatically processed to your original payment method (Credit Card/UPI/Wallet) within 5-7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds for COD orders are processed via NEFT Bank Transfer or UPI. Our team will request your bank details once the return is approved.
Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

Exchange Policy
