Are these fully waterproof?+
They're water-repellent and quick-dry, not sealed rainwear. Light rain, drizzle and splashes bead off the surface and the fabric dries fast. In a heavy downpour they'll eventually wet through like any fabric sleeve - but they won't stay soggy the way cotton does.
Won't covered arms feel hotter in summer?+
