Silicone Height-Lifting Insoles

Wore it under thin cotton socks to a client meeting. Colleague of 3 years said nothing. I forgot it was there by lunch. That's the review.

Added the 2-layer version in my formal shoes. 4 cm taller for 8 straight hours � zero discomfort, zero slipping. My insecurity took a backseat for once.

Perfect in loafers and sneakers � stays put all day, no slipping. Doesn't fit my pointed formals at all. Know your shoe type before ordering. Product itself is good quality, soft silicone, not that hard cheap stuff.

I use it every evening for about 15 minutes while watching TV, and the difference is remarkable. My tension headaches have reduced significantly, and I wake up feeling much more refreshed.

3.5 cm version fits perfectly in my Puma sneakers. Tried it in my regular formal shoes first, too snug, my mistake. Sized up by half and it's solid now. Lift looks natural, no one's clocked it.

My heel pain is gone. The height boost is a bonus.

Right foot shorter, always caused lower back pain walking long distances. One layer on the right side only. Huge relief. Minor gripe: the sizing chart could be clearer for half-sizes. Otherwise, genuinely useful product.
